Villa Solstråle is a unique 12 000 m2 oceanfront property on Svartsö, one of the larger islands in the central Stockholm archipelago. This is the summer paradise you want to come back to! Taxi boat to and from the island will be provided and on the island you will find grocery store and restaurants. A speed boat is available to add on to your reservation.

7 of the 13 bedrooms are located in 18th century manor’s main building of 450 m2. The 2 guest houses, one located steps from the ocean, by the main deck, has 3 bedrooms each and an additional small cottage sleeps 1. From the manor house, an apple tree garden, a big lawn and blueberry forest lead down to the main deck where a bridge connects to a small private island. The wood-burning sauna with adjacent relaxation area is located in the boathouse across the bridge. Severalterraces, wooden decks and balconies, as well as the seaside decks and dock offer stunning views and a variety of options for sunbathing, dining and relaxation. The property is south facing and offers sunlight from early morning until the evening.
