Villa Drömblick, meaning a dreamy view, explains the moments that will be created when you are gazing at the archipelago views from the 300 square meter outdoor deck and simply taking in that true Swedish summer house feel.
The villa was built in 2012 and has had a high focus on creating spacious atmospheres in each room. The open plan living room with fireplace and access to the balcony all create amazing views over the water.
The duplicate deck includes the relaxation house with sauna and lounge. The floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings throughout both the main house and the relaxation house provide magnificent views and an abundance of light.
The villa is situated right by the ocean as well as only a short drive from central Stockholm. It’s the perfect choice for someone who wants to enjoy the beautiful archipelago as well as the great city of Stockholm.

The layout of the house
The villa is spread out over two floors, entrance to the villa is on the top floor while the lower floor is on the same level as the large outside deck. The relaxation house which holds the sauna, lounge, and an extra shower, is down a staircase towards the water.
The entrance floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and the open plan kitchen and living room with fire place. One of the bedrooms on this floor is a double bed, the other bedroom holds a bunkbed for children. The lower floor consist of another two bedrooms with double beds, family bathroom with bathtub. The lower floor has a second living room with a large corner sofa.
High-speed wifi is available throughout the house and a barbeque is included with the villa as well. Kayaking equipment is available as well, to enjoy some water sports during your time here.
Location
From the villa it is only a 35 minute drive to central Stockholm, which makes this villa have one of the best locations if the desire is to mix a waterfront holiday with a few city days and evenings. The Stockholm arlanda airport is a 45 minute drive.
