The layout of the house
Spacious country kitchen, two living rooms with fireplaces, a library, a dining room and two verandas, both with sea views. Upstairs you have 5 bedrooms with 10 beds (of which one extra bed). You also find a newly built, generous bathroom with a rain showerhead, floor heating, dual sinks, and a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two additional separate toilets and another washroom upstairs.
You’ll find traditional Swedish tiled fireplaces in nearly each room (as well as electric heating, although very rarely needed summertime) The kitchen is made for culinary adventures either with your family or for a private chef to cook you an extraordinary meal. The kitchen table seats 10 people comfortably.
The greenhouse is a very romantic setting, specially made of old windows, and has grape- and tomato plants inside. Also in the greenhouse there is room for 10 persons around the table – nice for a lunch, a drink or a late evening supper! Outside the greenhouse you find the kitchen garden with fresh herbs. The garden is large, altogether 5000 sqm and you find roses, lavender, peonies as well as wild flowers of all kinds. For the children there is a beloved playhouse and swings of course.
A small motorboat is included in the rental to be able to enjoy the Stockholm archipelago from the water and appreciate all the beauty it has to offer. Boat experience required!
