The plot is situated in the middle of a nature reserve and faces south, ensuring sunshine all day long. While complete privacy is guaranteed thanks to the absence of nearby neighbors, the estate also offers wonderful opportunities for boat-watching – a constant reminder of the vibrant archipelago life surrounding you.
Set on a generous private estate, guests enjoy two private docks with deep water suitable for mooring sailing boats, a sandy beach, and a classic wood-fired sauna by the water – the ultimate Swedish summer experience. The Baltic Sea here is brackish, containing less than 1% salt, and Swedes swear there is no better way to start your day than with a refreshing sea wash, using locally formulated shower gels available at the island’s small shop.
The décor throughout the houses has a warm and traditional Swedish feel, with inviting details such as an open fireplace in the living room. Each house has its own character, while together they create a harmonious setting perfect for large families or groups wishing to share a holiday while still enjoying space and privacy.
