Built in 1906, this beautifully preserved three-story villa combines timeless Scandinavian architecture with modern comforts. The spacious ground floor features a chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with double sinks, a gas stove, and ample prep space—ideal for cooking together with family and friends. The adjoining dining area seats up to 12 guests, leading to a cozy living room with a 65-inch TV and direct access to a 65m² veranda overlooking the tranquil Resaröström.

Upstairs, you’ll find three elegantly appointed bedrooms, including a master suite with a private bathroom, balcony, and stunning water views. A charming glassed-in veranda offers a peaceful space for reading, working, or simply enjoying the scenery.
